Delivery & Shipping Policy

Mehwish Khan Closet is committed to providing our customers with fast and convenient shipping. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the following information to understand our shipping policy in detail.

Shipping Options:

We only offers cash on delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that payment is due upon delivery and that you agree to pay the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and other charges, in cash to the delivery personnel.

Order Processing:

Once a customer will place an order, they will get a confirmation call, text, or email and once the order is confirmed, the order will be processed & dispatched.

We hold the right to cancel or change any order with prior notice due to various reasons like the product being out of stock, price issue, Debit/Credit Card payment decline/fraud, any technical issue or the product found defective by Quality Control.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Charges:

We offers 250 PKR Shipping Charges Nationwide, For International Customers Delivery Charges and Duration will vary depending on the destination and shipping method.  

Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 8 working days. For new arrivals delivery can take up to 10 to 15 working days. International Customer can expect their order to be delivered within 5-12 working days after it has been shipped.

International Shipping:

Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer). Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not provide exchange or refund. In case of damaged products or size issues, we offer to exchange the item(s) within 7 days. The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. No return & refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders!

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Address Changes:

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
